Need help with viruses please. How are viruses spread? Thank you so much!!!?

How are viruses spread? Why should people get vaccinated? When should I get vaccinated, or should I at all?
Answer:
They are spread in any way. Touching anything (everything) that has germs. They, are in the air, when someone sneezes, coughs, shakes hands, touches things, etc..They can be spread through food, if it is not cooked properly, Or even if someone eats/ drinks something, and then you do, you can get it. Vaccines help build a resistance against diseases, virus, etc., when you get shots, you bodys immune system is strong enough to fight it or not get it. Check with a doctor or Health Dept. on the ages to get vaccines, just like babies, they have to have them at certain months, years old.
many are airborn and vaccinations help the body build ammunity to them. vaccinations are fall-winter usually
they spread by touching it, breathing it in, drinking from another's glass, etc....wash your hands alot to help! that is the biggest help
I had a Dr. friend tell me that when someone tells you you have a viral infection (NOT HIV) they are saying they're out of ideas. Viruses are airborne, or can be transmitted in a number of other ways, as I'm sure you know, but I suspect we carry them around all the time, then, when our immune system takes a hit, like lack of rest, over exposure to the cold and so on, BANG! Keep fit, get your rest, take a good multiple vitamin and forget the shots!
