My weight is 140 kg , my height is 1,54m...What can I do to feel better?...?

I have a real inferiority complex...
Answer:
It is not your weight that causes you inferiority complex it it the complex that leads to the weight gain.
Beyond diet and exercise you likely need psychological counselling. Any crash diet is bound to fail in the long run, although a couple of weeks could enhance your motivation.
Try a pure vegetarian diet and remove the as much sugar and starch as is reasonably possible. Exercise for at least 20 minutes every day (reasonable strenuously.
Join a Gym, get a personal trainer and nutritionist.
Do you want to die young? Get some help and start getting better.
try doing some walking everyday. start with half an hour and work up 10mins more a day. try not to eat junk food. good luck!
Convert your measurements into Imperial measures i.e. stone and feet/inches. Numerically you'll weigh "less" and be "taller"
Eat only proper food - meat, eggs, fruit, veg etc... not junk. And take up a sport to get fitter.
drink half a bottle of jack daniels
do alot of excercise this will release endorphins and other feel good chemicals in your brain as well as help you lose weight and eat lots of healthy food and dont listen to what other people say theyre usually full of **** the world is full of horrible people trying to make themselves feel better by making others feel ****,
thats good ;o)
Bol bol s眉tla莽 ye...
