You cant see the bumps unless the skin is strched out and then they are like whiteish a little light then skin color and can barley feel them they feel like a tiny bumps, i am a virgin and have only made out with a girl so i dont have genital wats or HPV do i?

I have a similar thing right now, actually. I know it's neither warts nor herpes. Probably just follicle swelling. Takes a few days to go down and happens occassionally. You'll be fine. It's quite normal.
