Ok, i have a skin irritation problem...?

ok, well, ive noticed that this only really happens when i get hot, or when i feel my skin and its really oily.... like, when working out, perspiring, or when jsut in plain heat. my skin gets really itchy.. and, if i scratch it, it happens a lot worse, but i get like a rash sort of like poison ivy all over where itches.... but, really only when im hot or flustered or something. im a male. and, well, it goes away if i cool down... like, i was in a store, and it happened, the mall acctually.... i got out of there, and its winter, and it was cold. by the time i got into the car, it was gone..... does anyone know what it might be?i can post more details if necesary
Answer:
You might want to see a physician so that they can diagnose your condition. It's possible you might have Rosacea. Flare-ups have been associated with alcohol, spicy foods, citrus, hot beverages, tobacco, and sun exposure. There are many websites that you can research such as http://www.webmd.com/skin-problems-and-t...
I would see a doctor!!
I get the exact same thing.
Its just your body reacting to the cold and heat and your blood vessels expanding and contracting to that.
There's not a whole lot you can do about it, at least, not that I have found.
It does get a little better with age. Best of luck!
you might have eczema..
